The content of the website is for information. All images are architectural visualisations unless stated otherwise; built projects may differ from the visualisations.
E-plans
Prices, VAT and package contents (DGD, PZI, PID) of the standard plans are being confirmed. Plans cannot be bought directly on this site; through an inquiry we prepare an offer with the terms of purchase. Adapting a plan to your plot is a separate service.
SOKPRO AI
SOKPRO AI answers are automatic and can be wrong. Prices, deadlines and the scope of services apply only once confirmed by the studio.
Copyright
The architectural solutions, plans, visualisations, photographs, videos and texts on the website are works of SOKPRO or its partners. They may not be copied, modified or used for construction without written permission.
Login and Live
Logging in with EDP ID lets you follow the page and like posts. We may restrict or remove misuse.
Changes
