Inquiries through the form
When you fill in the form “Tell us about your project”, we process what you enter: name, email, phone, project type, location, phase, approximate size and budget, description and attached files.
The purpose is to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is the consent you give when sending and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle the inquiry and any cooperation that follows. You can withdraw your consent at any time at info@sokpro.eu.
SOKPRO AI
Questions you ask SOKPRO AI and its answers are stored so that the studio can review conversations and improve the answers. The answers are prepared by an artificial intelligence model of an external provider, which receives the text of the conversation. Do not enter personal data you do not want to share; use the form for an offer.
Logging in with EDP ID, following and likes
Login runs through the EDP ID service (edpid.com). When you log in, we receive your name, email and profile picture, which we use to show your account, for following SOKPRO and for likes on posts in the Live feed. Following is managed by EDP ID; you can stop following at any time with one click.
Technical data
On every visit the server records the IP address, time and requested page. We use these records for security and troubleshooting.
Processors
The website is hosted on a server in Germany. Images and videos are delivered through the Cloudflare network, email notifications about inquiries are sent by Resend, login is provided by EDP ID and SOKPRO AI answers are prepared by an artificial intelligence provider. The map on the Contact page loads from OpenStreetMap servers when you open it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@sokpro.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).
